How do I book a trip? Booking with us is simple and secure. You can book directly through our website by selecting your desired activity (Diving, Safari, or Sea Trip) and clicking “Book Now.” You will need to fill in basic details like your name, hotel name, and date. Alternatively, you can contact us via WhatsApp for instant booking and confirmation.

Do I need to pay the full amount in advance? We offer flexible payment options to suit your needs. You can pay a small deposit online to secure your spots, and pay the remaining balance in cash on the day of the trip. We accept payments in US Dollars ($), Euros (€), British Pounds (£), and Egyptian Pounds (EGP) based on the daily exchange rate.

What is your cancellation policy? We understand that travel plans can change. We offer free cancellation up to 24 hours before the trip start time for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the trip or “No Shows” may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover the reserved operational costs.

I have never dived before. Can I still participate? Absolutely! The Red Sea is one of the best places in the world to learn. Our “Intro Dive” program is designed specifically for beginners with zero experience. A certified diving instructor will hold your hand and guide you underwater the entire time, ensuring you are safe and comfortable.

Is snorkeling/diving equipment included in the price? Yes, all our sea trips include high-quality, sanitized equipment (mask, snorkel, fins, and life jacket). For diving trips, the tanks and weights are also included. You only need to bring your personal items.

What should I bring with me on the boat? To ensure you have a comfortable day at sea, please bring:

• A personal towel.

• Sunglasses and a hat.

• Sunscreen (preferably reef-safe).

• Swimwear.

• Your phone or camera (a waterproof case is recommended).

• Warm clothes in winter months, as it can get breezy on the boat after swimming.

Are the trips suitable for children? Yes, our boat trips are very family-friendly. We have life jackets in all sizes, including for small children. While Scuba Diving usually requires a minimum age (typically 10+), younger kids can enjoy snorkeling and swimming under the supervision of our guides and their parents.

What should I wear for a Safari trip? Desert safaris involve driving in sand and dust. We highly recommend wearing:

• Comfortable clothes that you don’t mind getting dusty.

• Closed shoes or trainers (avoid flip-flops for safety while driving).

• A Scarf (Shemagh/Keffiyeh): Essential to cover your face and protect it from sand.

• Sunglasses: To protect your eyes from dust and wind.

Is driving a Quad Bike difficult? Not at all. Our Quad Bikes are automatic (just gas and brake) and very easy to handle. Before we head into the desert, our guides will give you a briefing and a test drive to ensure you feel confident controlling the bike.

Can we ride a Double Quad Bike? Yes. When booking, you can choose a Single Quad (one person per bike) or a Double Quad (two people on one bike). This is a great option for couples or for a parent riding with a child.

Is hotel transfer included in the price? Yes, we provide free round-trip transfers (pick-up and drop-off) from most hotels located inside Hurghada city limits.

I am staying in El Gouna, Makadi Bay, Sahl Hasheesh, or Soma Bay. Can you pick me up? Yes, we cover all these areas! However, due to the long distance from the marina/safari center, there is a small extra transfer fee per person or per vehicle (depending on the group size). This fee will be clearly communicated to you upon booking.

How do I know my exact pick-up time? After your booking is confirmed, our team will contact you (usually via WhatsApp or email) to confirm your exact pick-up time based on your hotel location and the day’s schedule. Please wait in the hotel lobby or at the main security gate 5 minutes before the scheduled time.

Are there photos/videos of the trip? Yes, professional photographers usually accompany our trips (both on the boat and in the desert) to capture your best moments. You can view the photos at the end of the trip and purchase them directly from the photographer if you wish. This is an optional service and is not included in the ticket price.

I have a health condition. Can I still come? Safety is our top priority.

• For Diving: If you have heart conditions, asthma, or ear problems, please consult a doctor first.

• For Safari: We do not recommend the bumpy desert ride for pregnant women or guests with severe back problems. Please inform us of any medical conditions at the time of booking so we can advise you accordingly.
