Welcome to Mega Adventures. By booking a trip or service with us, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.

1. Booking & Confirmation

Availability: All bookings are subject to availability. A booking is only confirmed when you receive a confirmation email or message from us containing your trip details.
Accuracy: It is your responsibility to check the confirmation details (dates, hotel name, number of people) and inform us immediately of any errors.

2. Prices & Payment

Currency: Prices on our website may be displayed in various currencies (USD, EUR, GBP). However, payments made in cash on the day of the trip can be settled in US Dollars, Euros, British Pounds, or Egyptian Pounds based on the daily exchange rate.
Price Changes: We reserve the right to alter prices for future bookings without prior notice (e.g., due to fuel price increases or government taxes). However, once you have booked and confirmed, your price is locked.

3. Health & Safety Requirements

Diving & Snorkeling: You confirm that you are medically fit to participate in water activities. If you have any known medical conditions (e.g., asthma, heart problems, epilepsy), you must inform us prior to booking. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who appears to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs, for their own safety.
Safari: Pregnant women and individuals with severe back problems are advised not to participate in desert safari trips due to the rough terrain.

4. Liability Disclaimer

Risk Participation: By booking an activity with Mega Adventures (Diving, Safari, Water Sports), you acknowledge that these activities involve inherent risks. While we adhere to strict safety standards and use certified equipment, you participate at your own risk.
Insurance: We highly recommend that all guests have their own valid Travel Insurance covering adventure sports and medical emergencies.
Personal Belongings: Mega Adventures is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal items (phones, cameras, jewelry, etc.) brought onto our boats or vehicles. Please keep your valuables safe.

5. Client Behavior

Environment: The Red Sea is a protected marine park. It is strictly forbidden to touch corals, collect shells, or throw trash in the sea or desert. We reserve the right to remove any guest from the trip who violates these environmental rules without a refund.
Respect: We expect all guests to treat our crew and other passengers with respect. Aggressive behavior will not be tolerated.

6. Itinerary Changes

The captain or guide has the final decision to alter the trip route or schedule due to weather conditions or local authority instructions (e.g., Coast Guard) to ensure the safety of all passengers. In such cases, no refund will be issued for route changes as long as the service was provided.

7. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes arising from our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hurghada.
